Process Guidelines

The purpose of this process is to help the ministries of SUMC maximize the effectiveness of their communication both to the community and to SUMC attenders. If you have questions regarding this process, please don’t hesitate to reach out to a staff member or pastor.

Step 1: Submit an Communication Request Form Below.

Step 2: Your Request will be sent to our Communications and Pastoral Leadership Team. Approved events will be assigned one of three Event Types (see below), which determine how each event will be communicated.‍

Step 3: Once approved and assigned to an Event Type, the Communications Department will produce, distribute and schedule any assets needed.
