Special Events

Join us on Palm Sunday (March 28) from 1-4 pm for take-out church!  Stop by our new church building to receive a palm branch and to flower the cross. This will take place entirely outdoors; drive up to the main entrance to participate!

While we cannot gather in person during Holy Week, we invite you to join us as we celebrate during this special time.  As we hand you a palm branch, we'll invite you to remember Jesus arriving to Jerusalem on Palm Sunday. Then we will invite you to briefly step out of your car.  We will anticipate Easter and remember the resurrection of Jesus as we place a flower on the cross - transforming this symbol of death into something beautiful, new, and alive.  

• We plan to make a video recording as each person places their flower and compile these snippets into one video that we will play on Easter Sunday - showing the members of our congregation flowering the cross "together." If you'd rather not be recorded, please just let us know when you arrive. 
• You may bring your favorite flower or one from your garden or you may use one of the flowers we will provide to place on the cross.  
• Children are welcome to join us!
• Thank you in advance for your patience if several of you show up at the same time - only one person/family will flower the cross at a time to allow this to be both meaningful and safe for each other!
